Terms & Conditions
Deposit
A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking, please make sure this is paid within 7 days otherwise your booking may be re-let.
Balance
The remaining balance is due to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of holiday. If payment is not received your booking will be cancelled. If the holiday is booked 8 weeks or less before commencement date the full balance will be due at time of booking.
Arrival/Departure
Your holiday home will be ready from 2.30pm. Departure time is 10am. Upon arrival you will be required to pay a bond of £50 this will be POSTED TO YOU when you leave provided the caravan is in the same condition it was in upon your arrival. Any extra clening time or breakages may be deducted from this bond
Accommodation
Primrose valley is a family site and bookings from all young male /female parties are not permitted. The Party leader must be over 21 and the number of people in the caravan must not exceed the maximum stated by myself. This is to comply with fire and safety regulations and also comfort. ALSO NO SMOKING ARE ALLOWED IN THE CARAVANS AT ANY TIME.
Any infringement of these rules will result in immediate loss of your holiday with no refund.
Entertainment passes
Entertainment passes are not included in the price of the holiday you will require these passes for use of the club and aminities. However arrangement for these can be made on completion of a form and payment. The prices for these vary according to the time of season and how many people there are.
Cancellation
If due to unfortunate circumstances you need to cancel your holiday you must do this in writing. The following charges will apply:
If you cancel within 8 weeks of the holiday commencement date you will lose the deposit.
Cancellation 6 weeks before date 50% of holiday cost.
Cancellation 5 weeks before date 100% of holiday cost.
We therefore recommend that you safeguard yourself from loss by taking out travel insurance.
Liability
We do not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage to you, or any member of your family during your stay.
